On Sunday March 3, 2019 in Seattle, the AIDS Treatment Activists Coalition, AVAC, the DARE Community Advisory Board, the defeatHIV Community Advisory Board, European AIDS Treatment Group, Project Inform and TAG co-sponsored a community workshop on HIV cure research. The workshop has become an annual event that takes place immediately prior to the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI).
This year the workshop was split between two locations, with a morning session at the Seattle Crowne-Plaza hotel and an afternoon session in the main auditorium at the Seattle Public Library.
We thank all presenters, panelists and participants as well as Josh Belzman from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center for live streaming video and the Seattle Public Library for hosting and assisting with the portion of the program that was open to the public.
Online reports from the workshop and available slide presentations and video links are posted below. Thank you to Fred Schaich, Jim Thompson, David Koesters and Richard Runabear from IFARA for filming the event and posting the YouTube videos to their AccessHIV channel.
