On 1/20/25, TAG submitted this input for the Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights (OHCHR), in response to its request for “Inputs for the comprehensive report, incl. new developments, in ensuring access to medicines, vaccines and other health products.” As stated in the response, TAG’s overarching recommendation is to “Include a substantive discussion of state obligations under the right to science as they relate to access to medicines in the forthcoming comprehensive report to be presented to the Human Rights Council at its fifty-ninth session in June 2025. ”
