remarkable progress we’ve made together, and you’ll see some of our work in the

Our ability to accelerate research to end HIV, TB, and HCV — and to fight back against
politically motivated cuts — will depend on your continued generosity.

• Progress against HIV, TB, and HCV is under threat. In the wake of the 2024
elections, TAG’s expertise will be crucial in navigating the changing political
landscape to secure essential funding for research and treatment access
programs through key US agencies like the NIH, CDC, FDA, and the Global Fund,
PEPFAR, and the World Health Organization (WHO).

• We’re fighting to ensure access to effective treatment and prevention. TAG
works tirelessly to keep HIV, TB, and HCV tests and treatments affordable and
accessible. We’re at the forefront of the struggle to reduce the high costs of new
treatment and prevention options such as long-acting injectable PrEP.

• All TAG’s work is founded on a commitment to advance health equity. TAG
works to ensure that clinical trials and public health programs are inclusive and
reflect the broad diversity of communities affected by HIV, TB, and HCV. We’re
committed to eliminating disparities for everyone, especially marginalized
communities.
