On May 15, TAG Executive Director Mark Harrington presented this testimony to the New York City Council Committee on and Health and the New York Council Committee on Hospitals on Oversight: NYC’s Plan for COVID-19 Testing and Contact Tracing.

Attached to the testimony is the signed petition (signatures as of May 15, 2020) from the COVID-19 Working Group New York City to Mayor Bill de Blasio, requesting that he restore contact tracing Authority and Responsibility back to the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
